Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function correctly, remember your preferences, and improve your experience.

How we use cookies

5nPay uses three categories of cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for the application to function. Analytics and Error Tracking cookies are optional and can be managed via the cookie consent banner.

Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

  • Use the cookie consent banner that appears on first visit.
  • From your Settings page (signed-in users).
  • Clear cookies for 5npay.co.uk in your browser and revisit to be re-prompted.
  • Configure your browser to block or delete cookies globally — note this may break authentication.

Withdrawing consent for analytics / error-tracking cookies does not retroactively delete data already collected. To remove that data, see the Privacy Policy data-erasure section.

Do Not Track

5nPay respects the "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal sent by some browsers. When DNT is enabled, optional analytics and error-tracking cookies are disabled even if you previously consented. Essential cookies (authentication, security, your consent preference itself) are unaffected as they are required for the service to function.
